Snows is a patisserie/bakery/cafe famous for outstanding cakes and pastries, an inspiring choice of cooked food and a range of original sourdough breads.

Our concept is to create a unique shop where almost everything sold is made from scratch daily. The emphasis is on quality.

Snows has began its journey in 1996 as a wholesale of cakes and desserts to cafes and restaurants throughout Newcastle. We are committed to the quality of ingredients we use and the way the products are made. It is our tried and tested theory that quality of ingredients is the foundation of good food.

Snows has progressively expanded over the years and we are now wholesale distributors to quality outlets throughout NSW. The first Snows Patisserie store was opened in 1998 at our flagship location at the Junction.

Following the success of this store we now have two more outlets serving the local community located at Charlestown Square and Westfield Kotara.

We are the perfect place to meet friends, relax and sample gastronomic delights.
